Expert Flat Roof Installations and Repairs

First Choice Roofing specialises in providing a wide range of quality flat roof solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Among the most commonly used flat roofing materials in the UK is traditional felt applied with hot bitumen. This option is often favoured for its cost-effectiveness in the short to medium term. However, it is important to note that felt roofing typically has a lifespan of around 15 years. Over time, the seals between the felt strips can begin to fail due to the expansion and contraction of the material as temperatures fluctuate between the hot summer months and the cold winter seasons.

If you are seeking a longer-lasting alternative, we encourage you to ask us about our EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass roofing options. Both of these materials are not only highly water-resistant but also boast impressive lifespans of over 60 years, comparable to that of most pitched roofs. We are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship in all our projects, ensuring that every installation is completed to the highest standards and fully guaranteed. If you are considering a flat roof for your property, don’t hesitate to reach out for a no-obligation quote today!
